These terms apply to AptBid’s tender analysis and workspace service. It is intended for business and professional use. You must be authorised to act for the business whose documents you upload.
2. Your account and documents
Keep your credentials secure and upload only material you are authorised to process. You retain ownership of your documents and permit AptBid and its service providers to process them to deliver the features you request. Do not upload malware, attempt to access another account or evade usage limits.
AptBid’s software and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Your subscription gives access to the service; it does not transfer ownership.
3. Human review remains essential
AI results can be incomplete or incorrect. Check original documents, amendments, dates and submission instructions. Findings and numerical ratings support your judgement; they do not certify compliance, establish eligibility or predict a contract award. You remain responsible for your bid and submission. AptBid does not submit bids or provide legal advice.
4. Prices and access
Prices are shown in GBP before you confirm payment. The operator is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Detailed analysis purchases cover one tender’s report and PDF. A Complete tender package includes 90 days of complete tools for one tender. When upgrading the same tender, eligible analysis purchase credit is shown before payment.
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually according to your chosen billing period. Annual prices are charged as the full annual total; the monthly equivalent is for comparison. Active workspace capacity, fresh tender analyses and review rounds are separate allowances. Analysis and included review allowances reset monthly, including on annual plans. Releasing a workspace does not restore those allowances.
Extra review packs are one-off purchases, valid for 12 months. They require active complete access, are used after included rounds and do not extend workspace access or purchase fresh tender analyses. Uploading or paying does not automatically start an AI review.
5. Cancellation and payment problems
You can cancel future subscription renewal through Billing. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Failed payments, refunds or disputed payments can affect access. Releasing a subscription workspace preserves existing saved tool work as read-only; an untouched workspace returns to snapshot access.
Contact support@aptbid.co.uk promptly about a duplicate charge, a failed service or a refund request. We will investigate and explain the resolution. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory refund or other statutory right.
6. Availability and data
We may interrupt processing for maintenance, security, provider outages or usage limits. If analysis cannot start, the app will explain the restriction. Keep your own copies of important files. Temporary guest access expires after 24 hours unless saved to an account. Our privacy notice explains storage and deletion.
We may restrict access to address misuse, a security incident or a legal obligation. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error.
7. Responsibility and changes
Nothing excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Contact us first to resolve any dispute. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect. A later change of business operator will be communicated separately; it will not rewrite the seller shown on your existing invoices.
