Valid for 12 months with active complete access. Included rounds are used first. Top-ups do not add fresh tender analyses or extend workspace access.

A few things to know

Can I choose either one-off option after signup?

Yes. Your free snapshot is separate. You can buy detailed analysis + PDF, or buy complete tender access directly. Both options appear together before checkout.

What happens if I upgrade later?

Your paid analysis purchase for the same tender is credited against the current complete package price. You see the credit and remaining balance before paying. Your 90 days start when the upgrade is paid.

What happens after 90 days?

Complete tender tools become read-only. Your existing work and report downloads remain accessible while retained. Support can extend access when needed.

How will subscriptions work?

All tools stay available while the subscription remains active. Your plan includes separate active workspace, monthly fresh-analysis and review allowances. New buyer packs and reprocessing changed buyer packs use the analysis allowance. Reopening results uses none. Analysis and included review allowances reset monthly, including with annual billing. Releasing a workspace does not reset either allowance. Choose monthly or annual billing, then select your active workspaces in Billing. Cancel renewal there when you no longer need it.

Are AI evidence and response reviews available?

Customers with active complete workspace access can request evidence and response reviews. Each review uses one round, checks selected document versions and provides supporting passages and suggested improvements. Uploads and relevance suggestions do not use a round. Numerical ratings are included in response reviews at no extra cost. Viewing saved ratings and confirming findings use no rounds.

Does a report guarantee a compliant bid?

No. Check the original tender pack, buyer amendments and your submission. AptBid supports your review; it does not predict a contract award.
